Does he like me? help!!?

so, i am in college, and in a sorority. last semester i had 2 cles with a guy in a fraternity that is close to my sorority. we were always friendly and i thought he was nice but i didn't think anything of it. as the semester went on, i got to know him better and thought he was cute. a few weeks ago, my sorority had a mixer with his fraternity. i said hi to him in the beginning of the night, and hung out with some other guys. later on i was dancing, and he pulled me aside and told me how y i was. next thing i know we are upstairs making out. we went downstairs a few minutes later so no one would suspect anything, but when everyone left i was back in his bed making out with him. he told me he had wanted me for so long and thought i was so beautiful, but im not sure if this was the alcohol talking or not. he didnt seem that drunk though. since that night i developed a crush on him. like i will text him to say "lets hang out" but he will say "sorry i have to wake up early tomorrow but next time =)" or something like that. he is a really nice guy, not a player at all, so i dont think he is just using me. right now we are on spring break so i havent seen him lately. i just want to know should i even care about him anymore or just move on? i feel like i want him more than he wants me.
