What to do when you have a huge ne and you're going over your boyfriend's house in a few hours?

Admittedly, it's laughable and does not seem so serious but I'm just mortified at the moment. Is there any quick fixer-uppers I can do in just less than 5 hours? And yes he would see me naked so boy-shorts can only do so much.
