Can the ENTIRE christian belief be NEGATED with this argument?

Indeed it can. Even if there was really a historical Jesus, this proves that he was a false prophet (or that someone put words into his mouth). Either way, it demonstrates the unreliability of the so-called "gospel record." If one part of it cannot be trusted, why should we trust any of it?
