Christians, what does this dream mean?

It seems to mean that liking your old boyfriend brings insensitivity (laughing at slit throat) and you ate a pogo stick and it got caught in your throat? But your throat doesn't have teeth. Eating stuff usually gets chewed -- unless you weren't really supposed to bite it.
