How do people get away with it?

How do people get away with filming in a cinema, surely someone would notice if they were walking into the cinema with a camera and a tripod, and then once they get into the showing, someone would report them, i mean a camera on a tripod is a bit suspicious. Unless there's another way. So how do they do it?
