I don't know if he likes me or not?

He is my brothers friend but I've been getting mix signals from him for a long time. Like one time it was my brother's b-day and we took them out to eat and his friend came along and he insisted on sitting across from me and he just tried to talk to me the whole time and then we had a basket of chips in the middle of us and he pushed them over toward me (which in my opinion was flirty) and then he looked at me the whole time. Another time is when I was putting the the Christmas tree up and he walked inside and he walked over toward me (I was standing on a chair) and he he smelled the tree and told me he thought it smelled like gummy bears (weird I kno) but it made me laugh. He's always doing things that make me laugh but I'm still not sure if he might like me. :/
