Madden 09 online running game help?

I am not doing the best in madden 09 online because i cant run the ball for 70+ yards.can please tell me any strategy tips for a good running game, especially against a good defense like Dallas or Pittsburgh...(i know about the line block thing) if you know about defenses like how to tell if it is a blitz or cover or whatever, please tell me. if you have madden 09 for ps3, i will vs you if u want. my tag is gmandad and my account is xoax (for adding friends)
