Manic Panic Ultra Violet On Light Brown Hair?

I have light brown hair, a little darker than Lauren Conrad's with a more greenish tinge. I am going to dye some parts of my hair with Manic Panic Ultra Violet, but I want to know if it will come out well. I might bleach it first, but I need to know if it can do it without bleach.
