My mom is taking money from my bank account?

Im 14 so I cant open up my own account. Each year since I was 7 I would put ATLEAST $50 into the bank from my birthday. I also put half of my chore money in every now and then. So thats around $700-$800. She never lets me check my balance abd whenever I ask her she ignores me. Also a few months ago she let me see it and I only had $300. She hasnt told me once when she takes money out. Im okay with her taking it out just tell me first. Shes currently unemployed but I would let her borrow anytime but right now it feels like stealing.
