What tripod would work good for hiking/biking?

Me and my wife bike a lot, and hike on occasion. Our normal trail bag is a Northface Interval 30. I'm looking for a tripod that has the normal functionality of a tripod, but folds down to about 15 inches or so in height, including the head. We're running a Fujifilm Finepix S1500 digicam on it, which only weighs about 0.33 lbs. Also, spikes in the feet would be a plus, as we do a lot of trail riding, and plan to do even more this summer. We just want more pics of ourselves together, really. So, if you could help us out, that would be great. Thanks!
