When will the EPL produce another " World Player Of The Year " ...?

an English player as world footballer of the year????? no one that i can see in the nest 10/15/years. other players??? Suarez never Vidic outside (very outside) chance i really cant see it happening with the likes of Messi And Ronaldo looking like they will split it for the foreseeable future
