Which NFL Division traditionally has the toughest defenses?

You may be onto something. I think it may have something to do with the weather. The 2 North's know when it gets late in the season and cold weather comes, defense and the running game will get you through. More so defense (stopping the run) than the ability to run. Good question!!!!
