Who among us holds the most?

confessions of the sinner or the crime or the lies? I'm looking to understand who turns over the true confessions into public light or domain? I like this detective work, and here i thought it was only for , well; I will keep that word under my cloak for another time; my gut, for now is hounding, or I mean but for now I'm sounding out , or is that netting out to catch a glimps of that fish i saw just the other moment. seariously though I would like to know who gives the evidence of confessions to the media to translate to the public.
