Lexus ls400 transmission trouble?

i have lexus ls400 the od overdrive light is flashing it finally stopped but now when overdrive is on i can hear a electronic clicking sound coming from transmission and it does not shift good. unless i turn overdrive off sounds like valve body but idk its pretty cold out right now!
