Why did my bf say this?

I know it sounds gross but my ex said this to me, we were talking about toys and I said I had a vibrator, he is in the autralia right now till sept and he said something like "ya..it is going to be your best friend " or something like that... what is that supposed to mean?? What I mean is, does he mean "dont cheat on me " or something?
