How much alcohol causes fetal alcohol syndrome?

my formerly best friend (i really can't have much to do with her right now) is drinking to the point of blacking out like every night, plus smoking and occasionally taking drugs like cocaine. how will this affect her baby (she's about 2 months)? is there a risk of fas? i really want her to get a fccking grip and stop only thinking about herself..
