Is it safe to be in a house where no one cleans up there cat feces?

im 8 weeks pregnant and i live with my boyfriends parents with him and we are in this carpeted basement and they don't clean the litter box so the cats poo and pee all over everything its been there for years building up my boyfriend finally cleaned a little where there is no carpets but all over the carpets where we are there is dried up cat pee and dirt and who knows what else there might even be mold its not sanitary and i can't live like this its not livable to me and when you vacuum or clean it smells worse it makes my clothes and bags stink the smells stain my clothes like when i leave the house i smell like smoke (my boyfriend smokes i told him to stop hes trying.)and cat feces i'm sick of it i dread coming back to that house its too dirty no one would come in it's that bad.i moved here because my mom kicked me out but when she saw the conditions of this house she said come home so I'm going home but i want to know what dangers I've put me and my unborn child in please help I'm living in an animal porter potty!
